F1 Brazilian Grand Prix from Sao Paulo

What Will The FIA Say?

After a nail biting end to last weeks F1 GP, the top 6 drivers have reached the Brazilian Sao Pualo Circuit for the last but one race of the season, and it all could be decided this weekend before they get to Abu Dhabi in 7 days time.

As it stands, the coverted ‘Numero Uno’ could be taken by one of 5 drivers – Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel or Mark Webber. So, as the temperature rises at the circuit, the heat is on for racing driver of 2010.

But, with so much at stake for some of the bigger teams, it’s time to question the ethical behaviour of team bosses, with $millions at stake if they get their car to the number one spot.

So what will happen if one of the ’2nd drivers’ pops up in first position this weekend, yet can not win the chamionship because a rival has finished higher than they expected?

If the truth be known, this is all taken care of in advance after the Ferrari issue which raised it’s ugly head earlier in the season, where by Massa was instructed by his Chief Mechanic to move over, lettingĀ  Alonso pass because he was faster. The FIA made it’s point clear, which will mean all of the teams will no doubt have certain signals and messages for their drivers – indicating what they have to do should things start to go the wrong way.

The race will be live on Sunday, so don’t miss what could well be the end to the season – in a big way.
